Refund and Delivery Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are applicable for projects that have not commenced
  • Once the Kick-Off meeting has been held, the project is considered commenced
  • No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing projects.

Refund Process:

  • Clients must submit a refund request in writing, detailing the reasons for the refund.
  • The request will be reviewed within 7 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be considered based on project progress and milestones achieved.

Refund Timeframe:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 31 business days.

Project Delivery:

  • Projects will be delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline and milestones.

Communication of Delays:

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances causing delays, clients will be promptly informed with an explanation and revised timeline.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.

Quality Assurance:

  • We ensure the delivery of high-quality, fully-functional websites. Any post-delivery issues discovered before 90 days past delivery will be addressed promptly and without additional fees.
