Refund Eligibility:

- Once the Kick-Off meeting has been held, the project is considered commenced
- No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing projects.
Refund Process:
- Clients must submit a refund request in writing, detailing the reasons for the refund.
- The request will be reviewed within 7 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be considered based on project progress and milestones achieved.
Refund Timeframe:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 31 business days.
Project Delivery:
- Projects will be delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline and milestones.
Communication of Delays:
- In case of unforeseen circumstances causing delays, clients will be promptly informed with an explanation and revised timeline.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.
Quality Assurance:
- We ensure the delivery of high-quality, fully-functional websites. Any post-delivery issues discovered before 90 days past delivery will be addressed promptly and without additional fees.
