Jesper Dinesen
Jesper has been assisting West Michigan companies since 2005 in website development, with particular expertise in Joomla-based platforms. He founded Engine in 2005 to develop websites and internet-based commerce activities. With a degree in Computer Programming and Business from Copenhagen Business School, he always wanted to start his own company. Great relationships, service, and quality development are at the heart of everything he does. When not working, Jesper enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends.
Michelle Dinesen
With over two decades of expertise in customer service, training, speaking, mentoring, and coaching, Michelle has cultivated a rich skill set in problem-solving, effective communication, and relationship building. Holding a degree in Creative Writing, she brings a nuanced understanding to content creation and technical SEO, seamlessly blending creativity with strategic optimization. Over the past nine years, Michelle has extended her proficiency to social media graphic design, aiding numerous businesses in enhancing their social media marketing efforts.
Robert Yonkman
Bob is our experienced Front-End Developer. His journey began in middle school, building websites with Notepad, and has evolved alongside the web development industry. He’s witnessed and adapted to its rapid changes, now specializing in dynamic and interactive web applications. Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, building an extensive LEGO collection, and pursuing various other hobbies.
Eddy Foster
Eddy, Engine Web Development’s Senior Software Developer, has been immersed in computer technology since childhood. Inspired by the film War Games at age 11, Eddy began coding, turning a passion into a career in 1994. With 30 years of professional experience, Eddy specializes in developing large-scale software, mobile, and internet applications, with a particular focus on custom software solutions and clean, efficient code. Beyond coding, Eddy enjoys video and tabletop RPGs, art, and music. Eddy considers his three children to be his greatest accomplishment.
Sean Leverenz
Sean is a Junior Software Developer with a Computer Science degree from Michigan Technological University. For Sean, coding is more than just a profession; it’s a passion that drives him to constantly learn and improve. He thrives on the problem-solving aspect of programming, enjoying the challenge of breaking down complex issues into manageable components and developing effective solutions. Outside of work, Sean enjoys guitar, video games, and gardening.
Justin White
Engine’s longtime lead developer Justin White, now working as a contractor for us, specializes in integrating the newest technologies and trends with decades of programming experience to provide clients with superior websites. He has been a quality developer for over 20 years and is our go-to for special projects.
